I can't brag on these folks enough. A literal "perfect storm" was brewing, an end to a long work week and a dead AC all in this great Mississippi heat (85⁰ at 7 PM)! To add insult to injury, a very pregnant wife that is due any day now. It wasn't even an hour after making the call, their technician was out at my house. Not even thirty minutes left, we were up an running! It was misery the first few hours getting home, but thankfully they got us up and running again. Even with paying for a home warranty, we went straight to these guys (we didn't want to wait for them to send us their contract person). I'm so glad we made the call. These guys saved us especially my poor wife. They will definitely be getting my business again if the need arises.

People are never impressed by what you say but what you do will last forever. This company went above and beyond to make sure they helped take care of my 74 year old mothers plumbing issues. Not one time did I question there integrity and will to do the right thing. They communicated with her during the entire process. The owners reached out personally to make sure she was satified with the work and even worked with her on a payment plan that would work with her fixed income. My air went out and Tyler stopped by pretty quick and got me up and running. The service was so prompt and Tyler so cordial I decided to get a new unit priced out (and that my old unit was 30 years old). Tyler gave me the rundown and Ronnie came out two ours later and had the job figured out. Ronnie was great too, no pressure and sound advice. Tyler and Colton were back out a week later and worked from 8am to 6pm. They maybe took a 30 minute break. I feel like any other contractor would have left at 5 and came back the next day. It was 90 in the shade but they worked to make sure I wouldn't have to roast that night. They cleaned the job site up and it was like they were never there. Pierce Plumbing is the only company I will use from now on, it's one of the few places you can get honest, good service done. I also felt comfortable have any of the guys from Pierce do work around my house with just my wife there.

Unit went out on Sunday. Tyler Yeilding came out, tested thoroughly , and diagnosed issue. I had quotes with options the next morning. He just finished upgrading my unit to 14 SEERS. I thought it would be several days but they exceeded my expectations and it’s completed. Nice, honest, and professional folks. You won’t be disappointed.

Tyler saved the day! He was prompt with returning our call for service and quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC unit. A part needed to be ordered, and he kept us posted with that process and installed the new item as soon as possible. Highly recommend!
