My air went out and Tyler stopped by pretty quick and got me up and running. The service was so prompt and Tyler so cordial I decided to get a new unit priced out (and that my old unit was 30 years old). Tyler gave me the rundown and Ronnie came out two ours later and had the job figured out. Ronnie was great too, no pressure and sound advice. Tyler and Colton were back out a week later and worked from 8am to 6pm. They maybe took a 30 minute break. I feel like any other contractor would have left at 5 and came back the next day. It was 90 in the shade but they worked to make sure I wouldn't have to roast that night. They cleaned the job site up and it was like they were never there. Pierce Plumbing is the only company I will use from now on, it's one of the few places you can get honest, good service done. I also felt comfortable have any of the guys from Pierce do work around my house with just my wife there.

Unit went out on Sunday. Tyler Yeilding came out, tested thoroughly , and diagnosed issue. I had quotes with options the next morning. He just finished upgrading my unit to 14 SEERS. I thought it would be several days but they exceeded my expectations and it’s completed. Nice, honest, and professional folks. You won’t be disappointed.

Tyler saved the day! He was prompt with returning our call for service and quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC unit. A part needed to be ordered, and he kept us posted with that process and installed the new item as soon as possible. Highly recommend!

Pierce Plumbing has always been responsive and professional in their dealings with us. Most recently, 12/16/2020, our heating stopped working, blower not running. I called Pierce Plumbing at 10:45 PM and indicated that Emergency Service was not required, next morning would be fine. The next morning at 7:03 AM I received a call from Tyler, that he was on the way to the house. He arrived about 7:35 AM. He found the Starter Capacitor was bad on the blower motor, had it replaced and the Heating system checked and was finished before 8:30 AM. Tyler was very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and was thorough in checking system. Pierce Plumbing and Tyler will continue to be our preferred Supplier for New and Maintenance of AC & Heating Systems. Thank you Tyler.

We have used Pierce Plumbing since 2002, for on and off maintenance services. We recently purchased a new complete AC/Heat unit. Even ac units get old, and eventually needs replacing, so after a 20 year good spam with that unit, I am very pleased with my new unit. The total price for equipment and labor was ver reasonable. Tyler Yeilding, and crew were extremely professional, very punctual, and efficient in explaining how new system and thermostat works. The job of removing unit from attic, was done with care, and very respectful towards our property. They removed all debris from working as if they were never there. They arrived a 8am and job was completed by 3pm the same day. Tyler has also provided copies of all warranties. Pierce Plumbing has again earned our business for years to come.

I wanted to reach out and say THANK YOU!!!! I have been dealing with home warranties trying to repair my AC for the past two years and today I was done with them. I called your office, and the lady answering the phone was so helpful, sorry I did not get her name, and your service tech who came out was very helpful and explained everything. Unfortunately, I think the home warranty people messed me over, but you live and learn. I’m glad that I have seen the light and will have yall to help.
